Refund Policy

Effective date: June 4, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to myhidn, a product of hidn.ai, LLC ("hidn," "we," "us," "our"). Payments for myhidn are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

myhidn paid plans are recurring subscriptions, billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after that.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except as described below.

Refunds

If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. After that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may also issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge
  • A billing error on our part
  • A documented technical problem that prevented you from using the service

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods after the refund window
  • Failing to cancel before a renewal date
  • Change of mind after the refund window has passed

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@hidn.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
