Total objects counts the durable things in your workspace: people, orgs, events, tasks, notes, docs, and work items. Shared docs have their own cap, since they're for collaboration, not bulk file storage. Team limits are per seat, pooled across the team.

Yes, but you bring your own. myhidn is the workspace, not the AI itself, so you connect an assistant you already use, like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. You pay that provider directly, the same as you do today. What you never pay is a second AI bill to us: no agent tokens, no AI usage fees on top of your plan.
A seat is a person, not an AI. You bring your own assistant and connect as many as you want at no extra charge from us. You only pay us for the people in your workspace.
Enrichment pulls public professional data (job history, skills, company info) for contacts you select. You choose who to enrich, so a large LinkedIn import never auto-burns your quota. It costs us per lookup, which is why it's capped by tier.
Yes. Warm intro paths, who's going cold, super-connectors, network reach, expertise finder, and connection paths are included on every plan. It runs on data you've already imported. There are no monthly query budgets. Standard rate limits prevent misuse.
On the free plan, your AI can see interaction history (calls, emails, meetings, notes) from the last 90 days. Older history is still stored and accessible in the app, but not queryable via AI. Solo and Team keep your full history queryable, with no 90-day window.
